Cá rửa sạch, ướp với 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong khoảng 10 phút.

Đun nóng 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho cá vào chiên vàng đều 4 mặt thì vớt ra đĩa.

Thêm 1/2 muỗng canh dầu ăn vào chảo chiên cá, phi thơm 1/2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm rồi cho 2 muỗng canh sốt cà chua và 2 muỗng canh kem whipping vào. Khi sốt sôi thì cho mì và lá húng quế cắt nhỏ vào, trộn đều cho mì chín rồi tắt bếp.

Bày trí mì ra đĩa, thêm phô mai vừa ăn vào xếp cá lên trên rồi thưởng thức.
