Won't work in Washington D.C. either, parked there once, the parking meter ran out, got 5 ticket for an expired meter in 16 minutes. Went to the parking ticket adjudicator, said "how can i get 5 tickets for the same expired meter? She said you didn't move/pay when the next person showed so it is another violation! You owe $100 pay at the window. DC's worst year was in 2015 where they 1.5 million citations generated $68.2 million in fees.
